DEPOSITS FOR TOURING/CAMPING:

• A deposit is required to secure most touring and camping pitches. On arrival this deposit is deductible from site fees. The balance is payable on arrival in cash only.
• Deposits or part/full payment for touring and camping pitches are non-refundable in the case of cancellation. Deposits may be transferred to another date within the respective season, provided such a date is available.
• Deposits are not deductible from site fees where the customer reduces the number of nights from that specified at the time of the booking.
• No refunds are given in the case of early departure.

We advise customers to purchase adequate travel insurance, prior to their trip, to cover any cancellations or amendments to their trip.

CONDITIONS OF STAY AT Fleming’s White Bridge:

• Guests are welcome to check-in from 2.00 pm (for touring/camping pitches) on their arrival date.
• Guests must check-out by 12 noon (for touring/camping pitches) on the day of departure.
• Fleming’s White Bridge operates a strict noise curfew on-site between 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. Management reserve the right to decline or terminate the booking of any guest(s) who are in breach of the noise curfew in Fleming’s White Bridge.
• The gates of the site are closed between 11 pm – 7 a.m. If a guest wishes to leave earlier than 7 am, please notify the reception the day before.
• No traffic is permitted on site between 11 pm and 8 a.m. Guests can gain access to the site via a pathway.
• Fleming’s White Bridge reserves the right to terminate/decline the booking of any guest whose behaviour interferes or may interfere with the general comfort of other guests. In this event no refunds will be made.
• While we will do our utmost to accommodate the pitch preference of customers, this is not always possible. Pitches are allocated on a first-come first-serve basis. We cannot guarantee any guest will be given a pitch of their choice.
• In cases of group bookings, we cannot guarantee that all guests will be located together.
• A guest(s) stay on Fleming’s White Bridge does not give rise to any tenancy agreement between the customer and Fleming’s White Bridge.

TERMS & CONDITIONS IN THE EVENT OF NON-APPEARANCE OR LATE ARRIVAL FOR TOURING AND CAMPING PITCHES:

• Where the guest has paid a deposit prior to arrival and does not arrive on the day specified in the original booking – the deposit is forfeited.
• Guests arriving after 9.00 pm, who have paid deposits, must inform the site of the late arrival. Failure to notify the site of a late arrival may result in the pitch being re-allocated.
• Where a guest has not paid a deposit, pitches are held until 4 p.m. If notice of late arrival is not given prior to 4.p.m the pitch will be re-allocated.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE FOR MOBILE HOMES ON Fleming’s White Bridge:

• A deposit is required to secure the booking of mobile homes in Fleming’s White Bridge.
• The cost of entire stay must be paid in cash only on arrival or by internet banking six weeks prior to arrival. We do not accept credit/debits cards or cheques unless otherwise agreed with management prior to the stay. Access to mobile homes is not permissible without full payment.
• The deposit is not deductible from site fees on arrival. The deposit is kept for breakage and damage. Deposits are refunded on departure in cash, provided there is no damage to the mobile home.
• In circumstances where there is damage to the mobile home, the cost of repair will be assessed by management. Damage includes all damage and is not limited to structural damage.
• It is the responsibility of the guest to keep the mobile home in a clean and safe manner. If the guest has a problem with the mobile home, this must be reported to management immediately.
• The party who has made the booking will be responsible for all damage to the mobile home. In circumstances where the damage exceeds that of the deposit, the guest is liable for the entire cost of repair.
• Guests are only permitted to bring the number of persons specified in the original booking into the mobile home, unless otherwise agreed with management. Guests are not permitted to bring additional persons. Where a guest brings additional persons, Fleming’s White Bridge reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate the booking.
• Guests of mobile homes in Fleming’s White Bridge must abide by the noise policy referred to above. Breach of the noise policy may result in termination of the booking
• Check-in on the day of arrival is 6:00 p.m.
• Check-out on the day of departure is 10:00 a.m.   Late check outs are not permissible unless already agreed with management. Guests who wish to leave early will not be refunded.
• Guests must return the mobile home in a reasonably clean manner. In circumstances where the mobile home is deemed to be excessively dirty by management, part of the deposit may be forfeited.
• Fleming’s White Bridge does not provide bed sheets or towels. Should a guest wish to rent towels and sheets, this will incur an extra charge.
• A customer’s stay in a mobile home in Fleming’s White Bridge does not give rise to a tenancy agreement between Fleming’s White Bridge and the customer.
• Where a guest fails to arrive on the date specified and fails to notify management – the deposit is forfeited.

Cancellation or amendment of mobile-home bookings in Fleming’s White Bridge:

• Deposits for mobile-home bookings are refundable in the case of cancellation, provided 10 weeks written notice is given to Fleming’s White Bridge. Where 10 weeks-notice is provided, deposits are refunded minus an administration fee.
• Where 10 weeks-notice is not provided the outstanding balance on the mobile home must be paid for in full.     While we will make every effort to re-let the mobile home, it cannot be guaranteed. In such circumstances the   full payment will not be refunded. Where the mobile home is re-let, Fleming’s White Bridge will refund any balances back to the client minus an administration fee.
• Deposits may be transferred to another week in the respective season, provided a mobile home is available on that week.
• In the event a transfer in dates is not possible, the deposit will only be refunded (minus an administration fee) where 10 weeks-notice is provided.

Visitors on Fleming’s White Bridge:

• No Visitors are allowed into Fleming’s White Bridge.  Management must grant permission.
• Fleming’s White Bridge reserves the right to refuse any visitor admission. Fleming’s White Bridge reserves the right to terminate the visit of any visitor on site.
• Fleming’s White Bridge does not accept any liability for visitors or their possessions.
• No visitor may enter or remain on site between the hours 9 p.m. – 8 a.m.

Dogs on Fleming’s White Bridge:

• Fleming’s White Bridge is a dog friendly site and we welcome most breeds of dogs on site. Some breeds of dogs are not accepted or restricted. Please contact Fleming’s White Bridge direct to see if your breed is permitted. There is an additional cost for dogs and all funds are donated to Guide Dogs Ireland.
• Dogs must be kept in the care and control of the owners. No dog should be left unattended at any time in Fleming’s White Bridge.
• The owner of the dog is responsible for the conduct and behaviour of the dog at all times on site. Fleming’s White Bridge accepts no liability for the conduct of any animal on site.
• Dogs must be kept on a short leash at all times.
• Dogs must not be a nuisance to other guests/ staff while at Fleming’s White Bridge.
• Dogs may not be exercised within the grounds of the site.
• Dogs are not allowed to enter our mobile homes for hire. Customers hiring a mobile home may not bring a pet with them.

Children:

• Children must remain in the care and control of parents/guardians at all time.
• Fleming’s White Bridge provides a games-room / football area for children however we do not supervise these spaces.
• No child is permitted to be on the site in the absence of a parent or guardian.
• Parents must ensure that children are not a nuisance to other guests on site.
• Fleming’s White Bridge does not accept any responsibility towards supervision or care of children.
• No child is permitted to ride a bike where a management deems it unsafe due to on-site traffic.
• Parents/guardians accept responsibility for all damage which results from the actions of the child.

OPEN FIRES/FIRE PITS/BBQ:

• BBQs must be risen off the grass.
• Open Fires or Fire Pits are strictly forbidden due to Health & Safety

Care of possessions/property on site

It is your responsibility to look after and care for your possessions and valuables. We recommend that you be comprehensively insured. In case of any loss, please contact reception in the first instance. We endeavour to ensure any lost property is returned to the owner. In cases where property must be posted back this will incur a postage charge. We do not accept any liability for loss or damage to your possessions.

All vehicles/caravans etc. are parked at owner’s risk. The management accept no liability for loss or damage while on the park or otherwise. Anyone found vandalising or causing damage to any building, equipment or property of the park faces immediate eviction and/or prosecution.

The person who booked will be responsible for all charges for all damage/breakages/loss caused by themselves or their visitors to the site or park facilities or other customers’ property.

Data Protection

The information supplied on the booking form will be stored on computer for administrative purposes only. Under no circumstance will this information be provided to a third party.

Important Information
This agreement and any dispute between us will be governed by and construed in accordance with Irish Law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Ireland over any matter arising out of our agreement or your visit. We must both act reasonably in selecting or agreeing any jurisdiction including any forum for dispute resolution.

Should any part of our agreement be deemed by law to be void, the remainder of this agreement will, if capable, continue in full force and effect. The headings in this agreement are included for convenience only and shall not affect its interpretation or construction.

Killarney Holiday House

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENTING Killarney Holiday House:

• A deposit is required to secure the booking of the house (s).
• The cost of entire stay must be paid in full in cash only on arrival or by internet banking 4 weeks prior to arrival. We do not accept credit/debits cards or cheques unless otherwise agreed with management prior to the stay. Access to houses is not permissible without full payment.
• The deposit is not deductible from the cost of rental for the house on arrival. The deposit is kept for breakage and damage. Deposits are refunded on departure in cash, provided there is no damage to the house.
• In circumstances where there is damage to the house, the cost of repair will be assessed by management. Damage includes all damage and is not limited to structural damage.
• It is the responsibility of the guest to keep the house in a clean and safe manner. If the guest has a problem with the house, this must be reported to management immediately.
• The party who has made the booking initially will be responsible for all damage to the house. In circumstances where the damage exceeds that of the deposit, the guest is liable for the entire cost of repair
• Guests are only permitted to bring the number of persons specified in the original booking into the house. Guests are not permitted any additional persons unless otherwise agreed with management. Where a guest brings additional persons, management reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate the booking.
• Guests of Killarney Holiday House must respect other guests in the area. Excessive noise within the area will not be tolerated and all guests must keep noise to a minimum within the hours of 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. House parties or late-night gatherings are not allowed.
• Management reserves the right to terminate the stay of any guests where their behaviour is aggressive or threatening to staff or others.
• Check-in on the day of arrival is 6 p.m.
• Check-out on the day of departure is 10 a.m.   Late check outs are not permissible unless already agreed with management. Persons who wish to leave early will not be refunded – save in exceptional circumstances to be determined by management.
• Guests must return the house in clean manner. In circumstances where the house is deemed to be excessively dirty by management, part of the deposit may be forfeited.
• A customer’s stay does not give rise to a tenancy agreement between Fleming’s White Bridge and the customer.

Cancellation or Amendment of Bookings of Houses:

• Deposits for houses are not refundable in the case of cancellation unless 12 weeks written notice is given. Where 12 weeks-notice is provided, deposits are refunded minus an administration fee.
• Where 12 weeks-notice is not provided the outstanding balance on the house must be paid in full.
• If we are successful in re-letting the house then full payment will be returned to client minus administration fee. While we will make every effort to re-let the house, it cannot be guaranteed.
• Deposits are transferable from the dates specified in the original booking to another week within the respective season, provided there is a house available. We cannot guarantee an amendment to dates.
